But God loves you

On a Friday evening in March, I sat with my husband watching something on Netflix at the end of a tiring day. Suddenly, something triggered a flashback. I felt like I was inside a glass prism that was shrinking around me, pressing in until I couldn’t breathe. I was suffocating, but “knew” that if I cracked the glass to free myself, I would shatter into a pile of shards on the floor.
My alarmed husband said, “We need to find help for you.”
